Headset wont Render and movement doesn’t work (oculus)

Oculus integration asset imported. Installed oculus (Desktop) and openvr (desktop). Using the ovrplayercontroller prefab, when I hit play, whenever I turn my headset, it turns it on the screen too, however, it renders nothing in the headset (completely black). Also I follow that if head movement is technically working, shouldn't controller stuff work too? I cannot walk around. Is this a unity 2018.3.8f1 problem? or an oculus problem? It says there is an oculus...
