Windows MR world scale tracking in Arena based VR.

Hi guys, we are building an arena based VR exhibit (location based entertainment) using Windows MR immersive headsets. We have been using anchors to make world scale environment where people use backpack PC to move around arena. What we are not getting is, how to calibrate everything with headset, like syncing physical and virtual world. Whatever we have done now, some times works/syncs properly and some times it does not. What can we make to improve tracking of headset itself in the arena?...
